Welcome to ADHD Harmony! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, program, content, tools, and services ("Services"), operated by ADHD Harmony ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Program Content

The ADHD Harmony System is designed for educational and self-development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to medication or treatment plans.

3. Your Account

If you register for our program, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and all activities under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the program—including videos, worksheets, frameworks, and other content—are the intellectual property of ADHD Harmony. You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce this content without our written permission.

5. 90-Day Business Launch Guarantee

We stand behind our program with a 90-Day Business Launch Guarantee. If you do not successfully launch your business within 90 days of enrollment, you may request a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must:

  • Complete the Daily Checklist: Actively follow and complete the program's daily checklist activities (approximately 30 minutes per day only during weekdays) throughout the 90-day period
  • Demonstrate Active Participation: Provide proof of your completion of the checklist activities and program work when requesting a refund. This may include completed worksheets, activity logs, progress tracking, or other documentation showing consistent engagement with the program
  • Request Within Timeframe: Submit your refund request within the 90-day guarantee period

Refund Process:

To request a refund, contact us at info@adhdharmony.com with:

  1. Your account information
  2. Documentation demonstrating your completion of the daily checklist and program activities
  3. A brief explanation of your experience

We will review your submission within 10 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Important Note: This guarantee is designed to support committed participants who actively engage with the program. Passive enrollment or sporadic participation does not qualify for a refund. We're here to help you succeed, and we expect you to show up and do the work alongside us.

6. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime access" means for as long as the program exists. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the program at our discretion with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse our Services. This includes hacking, scraping, or using our content to build a competing product.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADHD Harmony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll let you know. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
