This is where members share wins, ask for help and keep each other going. These rules keep it a good place to be.
Be kind
Talk to people the way you'd like to be talked to. Disagree with an idea, never with the person.
No abuse, ever
No harassment, bullying, hate, threats or sexual content. There is zero tolerance: the team takes it down and can ban the account.
No selling
No spam, ads or promotions, and don't ask people for money.
Keep it private
Don't share someone else's personal details, messages or photos without asking them first.

Tips from your own life are welcome. Nobody here gives medical, legal or financial advice.
See something that breaks these rules? Open the ... menu on it and choose Report: the team reads every report. Don't want to see someone anymore? Open the ... menu and choose Block.
Breaking the rules can get a post taken down, a pause on posting, or the account banned.
